In the summer of 2004, COAF sponsored groups of children to attend summer camp in Vanadzor.
The camp was established in 2001 by Archbishop Sepouh Chuljyan, Primate of the Lori Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church, and intended to host children who had lost their parents during the 1988 earthquake and the war in Karabagh, as well as children victimized by economic hardships. The facility accommodates 120 children and adolescents and is open in the summer in two-week enrollment cycles. Activities held at the camp include sports (soccer, volleyball, basketball, chess, and badminton), dance, chorus/choir, arts and crafts, and religious studies.
